Brandnew 0803 with wired image

Hi, I'm pretty new to dashcam and today I received my 0803 from JooVuu. Nice Little handy cam, first touch was very good. Unfortunatly I had to revoke my opinion as soon as I turned the cam on:
The Picture is very strange, it Looks like painted. No sharpness and to less Colors. See attached Image.
The Picture Looks worse even on the Little TFT aswell on the Computer when playing recorded Videos/photos.

Did I miss something in the Settings of the cam?

I'm currently running FW20140611 V1.0

No. It does not look right at all.

Maybe you can try resetting to factory defaults.

Otherwise RMA if it does not help.

I've already resettet it to factory Defaults but it didn't Change anything. What a pity!

Looks like you have been unfortunate and received a faulty dashcam. Even if the settings were messed up you couldn't make it look that bad.

that's a faulty CMOS sensor, can happen unfortunately, contact @JooVuu I'm sure they'll be keen to help you out and get things sorted
