Yes, you can wire the MB-100 power connection to the cellink neo battery pack. The MB-100 only consumes power when it detects the front camera has been powered up (normal recording and parking mode). It detects that the front camera is operational by the audio/video cable that connects the MB-100 to the front camera's rear camera port.

You can splice both the front camera and MB-100 constant power wires together and connect them to the dash camera constant power from the cellink neo. You can splice both the front camera and MB-100 ground wires together and connect them to the dash camera ground wire from the cellink neo.
