can't view playback on my phone

I cant view or download any videos from my camera with the blackvue app.
If i take the card out I can see all videos on my pc with no issues.

is there any setting that would prevent me from viewing it?

Welcome to the forum mabbik.

What phone do you have ? i am no specialist in phones but it could be a missing codec, you could also try and download a media player of some sort and see if that will play the files, some times players come with a bundle of codecs

I had the same problem.
I just formatted the sd card.
seems to have worked
