Choppy playback on iOS smooth on Windows...

I download and flash "B1W V20200707 Firmware (solved iPhone Choppy Playback )" from official site: https://www.blueskysea-inc.com/download/firmware_c0003

It have 3 mins low bitrate parking mode and solved choppy playback. But Wi-Fi is default ON((( Can you give this firmware with default OFF Wi-Fi please? Or maybe I can config to Wi-Fi default OFF?
