Dash Cam/Back up cam combo under 100USD?

I'm looking for a half decent combo unit with a minimum 3" screen, doesn't have to be studio quality imagery but would like something with acceptable low light specs. The back up cam needs to be waterproof with a average wide angle.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have wasted hours sifting over all the stuff on eBay and have one that might be pretty good for just a little over my budget.

Probably won't find any good one... Better off getting a dash cam around ~$70 (e.g. Yi Dash Cam, A118C, and others [can't think of any at the moment]). Then spend the $20-$30 on a back up camera system
