Perhaps the American police should both hand and foot locks on their customers. Or maybe use cars with a manual transmission.

In my first car, the volvo 211 i made a new gear leaver ( with light in the knob ) and i made it detachable so i could take it with me when i parked the car.

The 1 and only time i have pimped a car of mine ( not counting big amps and speakers ) and this was back in 1988 where i was legally young and stupid as most are in that age
