Dashcam equipped pickup gets run off the road by oncoming pickup. (Thailand....of course?)

The two occupants of the cam car are ok, and police are 'questioning' the driver of the oncoming pickup.

I cant tell if the white one was aiming for the shoulder in an attempt to avoid, or if it was just heading that way anyway probably while looking down at a phone screen!
 
I don't know? You do tend to drift toward what you are looking at. I wonder if the white pickup driver was wondering if the other pickup was going to get out of his way, instead of getting his head out of his rear?
