Dashcam for Bicycle?

I checked and am sure that lots of vibrations get generated on the upper part of the mount.
The mount doesn't generate vibrations, the vibrations come from the wheels into the handlebars. The mount can resonate, so amplifying the vibrations from the handlebars, but it doesn't cause them. You might find that adding some weight prevents the resonation and improves things, and keeping the mount as short as possible will reduce the amplitude, but you can only improve them, while mounting onto the frame, or onto something solidly attached to the frame, would remove the source of the vibrations/resonation and solve the problem.

It is not obvious that there will be a big difference between handlebars and frame, but there is, Tony's frame mount is only attached using a rubber band, but the result is vibration free.
