Dashcam screen picture is fine but playback has major video distortions but undistorted sound

I have an older Orskey 1080P front only dashcam that worked great for 3 years but then started having very distorted video playback. Sound is fine on playback and view on dashcam screen is undistorted so it must have something to do with video recording and playback. There are horizontal sections of the image that are correct but each horizontal section is shifted relative to the others. Also, area near bottom sometimes duplicates or shows green. Again, while recording the dashcam screen shows none of this so CCD should be fine. Any thoughts (other than getting a new dashcam?). Thanks. Tiny clip image (mp4) attached.
