I've read about older cars where the sensors wear out and don't deploy in a Crash situation, but that is crazy.

And yet I still see loads of drivers who, basically, have their noses on top of the steering wheel.
Saw a driver the other day with his whole lower arm draped over the top of the wheel - his elbow was touching the wheel.
Do they not realise...?
Oh well, their life.
