DDPAI Mola N3 Pro works without mounting bracket, enters a boot lop WITH mounting bracket

I assume it is an issue with the electrical current, but I don't know. Their cable with their car power adapter works when connected directly to the dashcam, but not when connected to the mounting bracket which is then connected to the dashcam. In this case, it turns on, the blue LED is on, it says "Hello DDPAI" or something like this, the blue LED turns off and it resets. This loop repeats indefinitely.

Any thoughts on what I can do?
