Dead Pixels Galore??

Just curious if this is normal, but I have tons of what appear to be dead pixels on my night time footage and any time theres lower light. It basically looks like a lot of random stars all over my footage. Is that normal? Is it covered under warranty? In the big scheme of things it doesnt really affect what I have it for, buts its still disconcerting for the price I paid for it.

Im trying to right now, but Photobucket is being difficult. Let me try a direct link. This image is actually my 9665 cam, but it looks the same on the 12SG. I really need to post a full res pic. When I reduced it a bit in size, its harder to see all of the dead pixels.

From your screen shot, that's not at SGZC12SG. (looks like the SG9665GC)
