Driver Tailgates and Cuts off My Smart Car (Luckily I upgraded to a Train Horn)

I say. too bad your horn dont have the power to blow in his rear window :D

Ppl call me a sick MOFO and worse for having a dashcam, and for putting the worst traffic offenders on youtube.
And even tho i extremely rare use my horn i would like to have one of those "wake the dead" horns, and i am quite sure if i had one of those horns i would honk more often. ( maybe not at traffic ) :p
 
Looks a bit like a Stebel Nautilus compact, had one in the past, was nice and loud :)
Stebel are probably (saying without looking at the designs that closely..) the OEM of that and the "bad boy" - or they are Chinese copies of the Italian Stebel.
