No, it happens anywhere. If you put up a red light, somebody will run it.

The video is silly. Stop signs also cause crashes, because some people will stop for them, and others, won't. End the insanity! Get rid of stop signs!!!!!!!

Hopefully that will put Denmark a little lower on the corruption lists next time, i don't get we are that high every time anyway, ppl here is just as crooked as ppl elsewhere, but they just seem to be better in keeping it a secret.
