Files splittng / Bitrate drop issue, don't know what to do...

Hello i`m using Lexar 633x UHS-I cards and the bitrate drops down and file splits.. even to lower resolution too .. ! how can i fix that?

i`m running the original firmware 1.2.13 and on 23L hardware verion.

Files with thm.mp4 extensions arent movies - they are just thumbnails for application to show you one frame of movie.

yeah i know about thm files... i meant the later on files created... please check the attached photo.. it drops down from 33mbps to 20mbps...

When I start recording the first clip is under 30 seconds with normal bitrate at 25 Mbps then the next file is 17 mins long at 15 Mbps bitrate. Will running custom firmware fix this? I film in 1080p 60fps and have Z23L version using Lexar 633x 64GB microSD.
