Firmware confusion.... what is happening???

Morning all.
On or about July 28 I purchased the 322GW which came with F/W 21.9 installed (F/W 21.5 was offered in support pages on Nextbase (UK) - a couple revs before F/W 21.9 - yeah??).
On Oct 30 I see and downloaded F/W 22.8.
This morning, Dec 21 I see that on Nextbase support page that F/W 19.9 is available.... What is happening here?

Summary (all dates 2022 unless highlighted):
July 28 - F/W 21.9 came with installed on new 322GW
July 28 - F/W 21.5 shown on Nextbase support pages (Can't remember date)

Oct 30 - F/W 22.8 shown on Nextbase support pages (2022-01-26 date shown - but should have been 22-10-26)
Dec 21 - F/W 19.9 shown on Nextbase support pages (2021-07-12 date shown)

Something isn't right.

Thanks for your message. Due to a customer report regarding a translation issue, R22.8 is now under development investigation. Due to this we have temporarily pulled the firmware and reverted back to R19.9.
A lot of members of our development team are currently on annual leave for the holidays. Along with the development of the next generation of IQ Dashcams, this will mean that the time frame on the next firmware release will be slightly extended, I hope you can understand.
As soon as we release the updated firmware version, this will be available via our website and apps.
