Felt like taking a peek inside and well... I happened to rip these cables out. Nothing will happen right? I don't use the light anyway so. So far the camera is functioning fine and it records fine.

Nope Everything should be okay. I tore mine out when I took my case off to paint it. If you are worried about heat you could probably even pop the little light out to get a little more air in perhaps.
