G1WH Audio Problem

I've just received my G1WH I bought from Foxoffer. The video quaity is sharp and crisp. But the audio sounds exactly like TV white noise. I can hear nothing except the noise.

Take the GT300W firmware and all will be OK.

My G1WH from estore009 had a prefect sound with original firmware 2014.0108 but I have flashed firmware GT300W because of the LED which was staying purple instead of blinking while recording.

How can I backup the original firmware? If the update doesn't work, I can flash the original back and return to Foxoffer.

You can't backup.
Check your firmware version in the menu, it should be 2014.0108.
This version is into the zip file in the firmware thread.
So you can reverse flashing

Just flashed the firmware of LS388W. Audio quality doesn't improve at all.

if you just have white noise when the mic is on and silence when it's off that's consistent with it being a hardware fault, could be a mic or PCB problem
