I bought a 0806 but I have a problem, it will be that can help me?

The green light is always flashing. It does not record the GPS route.
I made the video with the problem.

What will be the cause of the problem?

Have you gone into the settings to turn on GPS, also have you received a GPS mount, non GPS mounts are also being sold.

Just for test purpose put unit outside the car and see is gps locks or not. There may be your car windshield specifics involved.

For some reason, I'm having this very same problem with BOTH of my mini 0806s. This leads me to believe that it may be a power issue, which is something I've struggled with in the past.

Assuming the base unit has GPS (there are two types), you need to retest it in the right orientation. In your video, the unit is upside down (the base has to be above it, not below it). Secondly, your environment must have clear view of four satellites. So you can not be testing it near tall buildings, in forests, or in mountains or canyons. I couldn't tell from your video what the surrounding area looked like. Also in your tests, you may want to actually put it on the windshield where you want it (mine is as low as possible behind the rear view mirror without my seeing it). You have a couple of self stick things so you can afford one or two tests. Also try the test driving around in an open area for at least 10 minutes. I could not tell in the video if you were moving. My lock takes normally 3 to 5 mins the first time in a day but sometimes I have seen it take 8 to 10 mins.
