GS1000 how do I get to the third menu to set date and time p

I bought the car cam called HQS G3 but after looking on this site I realize its actually the GS1000. Looks identical to the HQS G3.

The Rec/ok and mode are on the left with up/down on the right.

I turn on the G3 then I press the Mode button. I get File, then to get to the next screen
I press the Mode button again which gets me into the Menu. I can press up and down
and the Rec/ok button I can then get into the settings on that screen Menu.

Up the top left of the screen it has a second tab for the tools which I hope is where the date and time are stored but if I press the Mode button again it takes me back to the File screen.

From reading this site it looks like I have the old blue menu.

Is there any way to set the date and time on this car cam please ?

How do I find out which firmware version I have and will a later firmware version correct the probelm of not getting to the tools icon which I assume is where teh date and time is stored.

I have to say this from memory.
So, when you are in menu, go up from right buttons, once more above resolution, then press from left rec/ok button to switch to that other tab, then go down from right normally.
Something like that, i don't have that camera anymore.
