Well that has to be the most brain dead idiot on the planet they should put both him and his car in the crusher before he kills some innocent person 😵
 
In Rusdia most Hummer ( and other posh cars ) drivers are ****y and they have different understanding or traffic law / rules.
 
what A **** I cant beleve he gets away with it. he must be off duty cop with that siren and the flashing lights half way through
 
Must be government official or police.
 
It turns out he was just a rich guy that pays off the police. He was on the news there and was caught from the video. There are a lot of red light cameras in Moscow now so you can't get away with much anymore.
 
Is this a hummer in this video too? The driver has mad skills or was just plain lucky here.
