GW1H stops recording after first loop

I have 3 GW1H's all purchased form estore009 on eBay. They all are genuine (as far as I know) but I am having issues with one of them.

I have it set to loop record but after the first 3,5 or 10 minutes the camera stops recording. I end up with cards full of the first 5 minutes of each trip. If I start recording manually again it seems to keep recording but the odd time the screen saver seems to kick off and it stops recording again randomly.

I have formatted the card and just re-installed the G1WH 2014.0108 firmware (I already had that version). I will see if that helps but was wondering if anyone else has seen this.

That's weird.
Check your card with h2testw.

Or try different card.

I saw a post about the motion detection setting - I have turned that off and will see how it goes on the commute home today. If that does not work I will try a new card. The one I have is a Toshiba HC class 4 32 GB.

I turned off the motion detection and G-force settings and that seems to do the trick.
