Hands on SJCam SJ5000 Plus - Ambarella A7LS75 1080P 60FPS WiFi Sport Action Camera

hello!! i have o problem with my sjcam5000+
i start to update my camera to 1.9 version!!! my camera stack at 3/9 stage at 75% for 10 minute!!! i remove the battery!!
then my camera does not startup is dead!! only the front green light is on
what can i do now???
i see that video
but when i connect the camera with my pc, my pc read the camera as unknown device

If its led lights up when power on,we think you can reboot it back!
And please full charged it before SW reboot!
 
how can i do that? when screen camera is off! my pc dont
recognize my camera!! and when i install Ambarella_Evaluation_Board_1.2.3.0 to my pc!!! i take error message "the other manufacturers .inf file does not contain digital signature information"

I want to buy a SJ5000 with accessories included (monopod, extra battery and charger).
Will that be a problem with the customs?
 
Netherlands customs has strict import policy,and it will comes out extra customs charges on this package!
Anyway,we will help you to declare it with low value on package,but we can not sure it can help you to avoid customs charges 100%;
 
Hi, I was the one who bought 4 SJcams from you , 2 SJ5000's and 2SJ4000's. One of the SJ4000 power buttons does not press at all, new from the box. I would like to exchange it for another one , please PM me thanks
 
Yes,please help us to ship its main unit back,and we replace it,no worry about it!
 
SJ5000+ versus M10+ at 1080p @ 60 fps. Colors from the 5000+ are a lot more warmer. Image is sharper on the M10+.

 
Another short test between the 5000+ and the M10+. This time is at closer range / more detail and taken at 1080p @ 30 fps.
