Hey everybody. My car is 2023 RAM 1500. SD card SanDisk Extreme 512GB, new.

I've set hardwire kit on 12.0v and after 2-3 days my volatge drops to 11.84v, camera is still on parking mode and still recording on low bitrate mode.

Today I saw that the red REC LED is blinking (so no solid light) but as I think the camera should be completely off.
Taday I also played a little bit with this kit, and only one time it turned off the camera, but after restarting the car, I've waited till voltage drops and again it was 11.87v and camera was still recording on parking mode.
Also when I set it to 12.4v, it doesnt switch off the camera.

Anybody also had this issue?
Kit is hardwired as instruction says, red cable to + on the acu, black to - on acu and yellow to fuse box ACC with viofo fuse adapter.

Kind regards!
Kris

There is a manufacturing tolerance on these kits, so your kit likely won't shut off power at exactly 12V. The 12V setting in my experience is likely closer to 11.8V.

Also, when switching the low voltage cutoff, be sure to power cycle the hardwire kit, otherwise the previous setting will hold.
