How Do I Download Footage From MyNextbase Connect App To Phone?

Hi.

My protected footage moves in the app to my library but I can't seem to find a way to save it from the library to my phone.

I want to be able to edit the footage etc.

Has anyone got any ideas in how this is done?

Hi Billy,

Since the new Android update (12) I'm afraid you can't save directly to your phone's internal directory. You used to be able to go into Files and save the clip directly, however this ability was taken away with the new Android update. I'll suggest it to our Development Team to see if they can find a way to enable this directly from the app.
