I am not able to watch rear camera video on my PC

I just finished installing the main unit again and running the wire, managed to get it hidden this time, to the rear camera this morning. I used the live view to line up the front and rear camera's with the horizon. Then I let the car run for a few minutes to capture a few videos. In the app it looks like the front and rear video is side by side but when I put the SD card in my PC the only files I can see with the vueroid pcviewer3 is from the front camera.
The camera is set to use F/R. I also did the new firmware today. But looking at video from the previous firmware, it is the same thing.
Any idea what I am missing? Do I need to do a factory rest after a firmware update?

The PCViewer 3 does have some operational quirks. When you select a "SD Card" [upper left] and it pulls in the video file list that qualify for the video type [defaults "All Type{s}"], the file listing only shows the "F"ront video files. You should see the corresponding rear camera video content on the left side/center while the video is playing/paused in the main player section of the program. You can click on the small image on the left side and that should switch to the rear video or the front video depending on which one you are viewing in the main player section of the app.
