I have a dash cam duo HD nextbase ...stops recording

I always charge the dash cam prior to going on a journey and plug it into the cigarette lighter connection. Yet on a journey this weekend it showed low battery and switched itself off. I was driving a one hour 17 minutes journey. .....
not impressed.

Try a full four hour recharge. Connect the device to a USB power supply, switch to the ‘On’ position and make sure that the LED indicator is illuminated.

The dashcam doesn't use the battery as its power source to operate recordings. It is to save files when the cam is turned off.
