"Invalid System Configuraton!" AHHHH

Hey guys, so I updated to the new firmware 1.005. I first formatted the sd card then copied the new folder I downloaded unto the sd card. When I first started it up, it worked fine. It said updating, don't turn off, blah blah. Then after a few days, it started to say "invalid system configuration." I tried reformatting and recopying the new firmware but it keeps saying "invalid system configuration." What am I doing wrong?
