Your day time video demonstrations are very unflattering. I am blunt but that is my honest opinion/observation .
 
We contacted the merchant (Simon) Pei-Simeng to place an order. Exchanged emails within a matter of minutes, relating to shipping costs. Simon stated, "Waiting for your reply". We immediately asked for shipping rates, as over an hour has passed with 'no' response. No pertinent questions have been addressed regarding the aforesaid product (A45 series). This is certainly not a way to conduct business.

We noticed this of many manufacturers, in that they simply do not respond with a reply to address technical concerns.

Thank you very much for that information. May I ask what faults , or issues you notice in the video; either day, or night?
 
Furthermore, IRO is currently logged in to Dashcamtalk, and still refuses to answer.

SG post: 20 days to the US.
 
Which one do you choose, DHL or SG post?

Seeing that you received such a large order, you should provide free shipping as a means to bring your product to market. As another member stated, a unit should be provided to a member on this forum for testing. This is strictly business.
 
The company you work for IRO was established in 2005. IRO has had prior issues with partner services. We are aware of who you are. We'll definitely keep you in mind for future reference.

He does not owe you anything or anyone here!
He did not have to sit on the computer all day and wait for you to post a message, and reply to you in a second.
I ordered several models for testing from Simon, and is customer service was excellent.
