There may be a body fastener (Bolt or screw) somewhere under that fairing in the general area you want to mount the Mobius. Do you have a Mobius already? Looked at the mounting sleeve thing?
You may be able to get creative and do some minor modification to the mount and whatever body fastener is under the front of the fairing. Maybe with a fender washer? I'd do something to isolate the vibration, maybe some rubber sheeting or something between the mount and body work.. thin rubber grommet?
I was going to suggest drilling one hole in the plastic, and using a nylon bolt in the correct 1/4x20 thread, but you'd have to do some reinforcing of the drilled area to avoid the plastic splitting.
(that's probably the route I'd go if I ever resurrect my late 90's garage queen GSF1200)
The big box hardware stores in the US have nylon bolts in the correct thread, in various lengths.
Not sure what model Kaw that is, but the windshield angle looks 'sport/standard' or Versys-ish.
You may be able to google the specific model and find out how somebody mounted other stuff to the fairing. Lights, toll transponders, etc.
