ITB-100HD dosen't work

Dashcam worked well until the New Year.
But a couple of days ago I wanted to see the latest records and found that the camera does not working.
Rear LED lights dim (how i think), the LED on the front panel blinks, beeper is silent. And nothing else happens.
What could it be?

Try to format the card this maybe resolve the problem.

Yeah, try formatting the card and worst case, try another SD card. Could be the current card is corrupt. Hope for the best!

Use the Windows application for the dashcam to format the SD card.

I tried to format the card and use another, it doesn't help.
The device behaves the same as w/ a card and w/o a card.
I think that the boot doesn't work.

Contact seller and see, maybe you have a faulty system? Power cable damaged?

Power cable is OK!
I've already contacted the seller.
But that's our little local dealer, not all there so just...
