Little Dog Tries to Stare Me Down -- While I'm Driving!

Trying to navigate through South Central LA where there are a bunch of streets blocked off. A little neighborhood dog decides to stare me down. He wanted to know where I thought I was going? Not through his neighborhood, not on his watch.

I think little fellow was looking to adopt a hooman, and you looked the part.

There are practically 0 street dogs in Denmark, at least i have never seen one or heard of anyone seeing one, but sadly it seem like people do not mind ditching cats and other things.
There have also been stories of off leash dogs doing bad things, dogs that should not have been off leash as the owner have 0 call back.
The latter is probably why we now have a list of dog breeds that are banned,,,,,,, its even called the killer breed list,,,, though i also do not recall anyone here ever killed by dogs, but some have been bitten alright.
Personally the existence of that list i feel are embarrassing, CUZ in 99% of cases its not the dog that have a problem.
