This is an oldie but a goodie.....I don't think I would have put up with the abuse this State Trooper endures:

 
hehe yeah thats a lot of BS in a short time.
 
fast forward 20+ years and he'd have been dragged out of his car and cuffed... booked for assault on an officer (ripping stuff out of his hands, tearing up ticket and throwing it at him, and verbal assault).

the cop was messing with him too - a sort of patronizing tone (that reminded me of the cop on Family Guy) when he was explaining what to do with the ticket. almost seems staged. could have been, since it was a police training video after all...
 
Haha... I've watched it before but still funny.
I didn't know economy was bad in 1992. There were not many companies moving to China that time.

Yes, as you mentioned, if it had been in recent years, he'd have been arrested or shot.
Also, that cop let him go without a ticket for expired insurance?
I know when I lived in Dallas, if you can't show insurance, your vehicle is towed right there. You can't drive at all.
