So I have a brand new MG4 EV which I would like to fit with front and rear cameras. I have a Viofo 119 v3 (front only) which I kept from the sale of my last car and one option is to get another and have them both installed as stand alone devices. MG say they could do the installation but also tell me that they have a dual camera system of their own. Given that the car has cameras covering almost every angle, it's a shame that MG apparently hasn't provided the means to record at least a couple to removable media.
I know nothing about their offering although I suspect it's probably OEM from one of the known brands. Does anyone have info on it? While I'm here (and bearing min mind that this forum prompted me to get the Viofo which has been excellent) I'd welcome any tips members might have concerning fitting cams in a battery electric vehicle.
