Mini 0805 (or 0803?) headache

Gents,
I ordered a Mini 0805 at https://www.minidashcam.com/shop/nl. My 0805 has:

• firmware 20140826 V1.0.
• No resolution-choice 2560x1080p 30fps 21:9 (Ultra Wide).
• Mute sound recording don't work proper.

I spoke with the supplier (lives in the same village as I do) and he told:

• First series Mini 0805 don't have a 4 MegaPix sensor and this is one of the first series!
• Look at the box under the bar-code.
• Mini 0805 has the same mute-problems.
  
• It has printed on the camera-housing "1296P Super HD". The 0801 and 0803 has printed "1080P FULL HD". (and here I doubt)
  
• About a different colours of the contacts of the camera, silver plated or gold plated, my one has silver plated contacts, he could not say it's a 0803 or 0805.

On his site https://www.minidashcam.com/shop/nl about the 0805 is only written that it has a 4689 sensor (= a 4MP sensor), nothing about resolutions.
The supplier is not going to take this 0805-"first serie" (or 0803?) back and give me one with a 4MP 4689 sensor. And I don't know if these answers were b*llsh*t yes or no......

I shoot my footage at 1080*1920, quality fine and thus I am satisfied, in that way the camera does wat it has to do. Anyway, a few months ago the 0803 was the best you could get for this money.
I wrote this story to inform people where to look if they buy a Mini camera. And maybe some of you have some answers. See the pics!

This supplier has been mentioned previously as having mixed these two models up, just get it swapped out

Its not an 0805 - end of. Contact the seller and get a replacement....

Hello forum-members. Thanks for the answers. I contacted the supplier personal but he refuses to take back this 0803 and deliver a real 0805.
I advise everyone not to buy antything from https://www.minidashcam.com/shop/nl
after this supplier proposed that I sell my 0803 in internet and buy another 0805 at him.
Is ther a blacklist for supliers please add https://www.minidashcam.com/shop/nl

Do you have the equivalent of the Netherland's Trading Standards or maybe you could do a chargeback if you bought via Visa card?

The seller seems totally dishonest and happy to pull people's pants down so I'd definitely recommend no-one to buy from him if they ever come across this thread when researching that vendor!
