I got my Mini 0806 today. The screen was working for a few minutes then started flickering and eventually died.
I opened it up and it seems like the flexible circuit board to the screen is damaged (back light connection).
After a while the screen also only showed white (used a flashlight as a temporary backlight to see).
It seems like the FCB is beyond repair.
Is it possible to order a replacement screen?
