Mini 0806 GPS Menu "on" Vs "log only"

Had this question from a customer and to be blunt I don't know the answer. User manual offers no assistance at all as well.

Mini 0806 GPS has 3 settings; Off, On, or Log only

Off; I figured out
The difference between the other 2,,,, well no idea really?

Any help to save me trialing and recording different settings would save me a great deal of time and would be greatly appreciated

I think that "log" just adds the info to the file used by the viewer and "on" adds the info to the video as well

Yes, On overlays the coordinates on the recorded video image, Log Only doesn't affect the image but still stores the data in the log file and as a data stream in the video file.

If you turn it Off then the Speed overlay will stop working too.
