MiVue 608 won't turn on.

Hello. I today received an MiVue 608 dashcam for repairs. It does not turn on. The charging LED is turned on, and the camera is seemingly charging, but it won't turn on. Pressing the hard reset button didn't work either. Replaced the battery with a new charged one, and still nothing. Any ideas about this?

A quick update, not all the time, but a red led flashes on the back when the power button is pressed sometimes.
