My connected WiFi is super slow

Hello, when I connect to my dash cam via “high speed” WiFi the thumbnails in the app take forever to loadup and trying to watch a video is slow and I even have allow low resolution payback turned on.
this is my iPhone 11 Pro downloading a low res video that’s very short I never kept recording as it took 11 mins for 20mb to download but you get the idea

I have no idea if thats exceptionally slow or what, i personally do my best to never use wifi in any electronics, but i am well aware it is like a hyper potent drug for most other people in the world.
But 11 min for measly 20 MB sound extremely slow.
I have always put my memory card in my card reader, as it is fast i can browse and playback directly from there, making finding what i want easy and fast.
