I am in the middle of a property rights dispute.

Ex-gf broke into my unoccupied house, refuses to leave.
For some reason she thinks getting media coverage and slandering me on national news is smart?

Suit is being filed to settle this, in court. The local police refuse to do anything more.
She has an invalid document she waves at them, they not look closely, tell me it is a matter for the court.

I am retired, this is my new hobby.

In the video she makes false statements.

Yesterday was the final meeting for attempted settlement and negotiation.

She is unwilling to vacate the house, or pay for it.

Next stop, court.

A yes the blame game, a favorite of the feeble mind.

Headed south for a vacation before the next round of court sessions.
View from beach front hotel, prachuap khiri khan, thailand. 25 usd a night.

That look like Danish summer, but i am sure the temperature are more comfortable still.

Skylight windows,,, 4 sure not Velux

Fwiw, while i did pocket a modest monetary settlement, i do not consider it a 'win' because the criminal acts surrounding this did not go to trial.

Yeah, some grief you also can not put a price tag on.
I have also gotten excuses from some, but it still took me a very long time to process the event, after my process the excuse was pretty much of not worth in the end.

My lawyer told me something like 'thai courts are fair, its just the people who administer or enforce the laws do not like foreigners'.

Remember that.

The family in question will always live a life of chaos, that they created and blame on others.

It will be interesting to check up on them in a few years.

As screwed up as my home country is, now.....it still has a long way to go to match thailand
