New Battery Forum?

The subject of batteries, battery banks and power packs, as well as how to hard-wire cameras keeps coming up over and over. A recent discussion in one of jokiins' threads sort of erupted into a yet another interesting conversation about batteries thereby sort of derailing the thread's topic and so the idea came up to move the discussion to a new thread. How about creating a new forum or perhaps a sub-forum in the General Dash Cam thread that is all about the subject of batteries?

Or perhaps we could have a couple of sub forums......General battery discussion.....Battery Banks......Hardwiring?

What do you think DCM?

As somewhat of a flashoholic, it would be a good topic to add to a sub forum. Many uses for parking mode.

I was thinking about asking if we could migrate some of the disparate battery threads into the newly created battery forum and lo and behold DashCamMan read my mind and went and did it. Thanks DCM!

I recommend renaming the new Battery section: Batteries & Capacitors
(since I see both topics there)
