Newbie Question - Snowboarding / Skiing Settings

Glad I found this set, helped me with the focus fix issue and other little things

One question I've not seen is the ideal settings for when you're on the slopes snowboarding or skiing, has anyone tried this? Would 2K or 1080P with higher frame rate?

Any information would be much appreciated

I didn't try 2k because I don't have anything to view higher resolutions. But 1080p worked fine for me on both git1 and git2. All auto, with wdr on.

Simply if your goal is to record fast-paced situation, use more FPS. Not only does it provide smoother video, but also comes handy for slow motion. In my opinion for action, 60fps in 1080p beats any higher resolution with lower frames per second.

Not sure what you're asking. I don't bother recording higher than 1080p because all my monitors and televisions are only 1080p so I would have no benefit from higher resolution. I don't plan to buy any new monitors or TVs real soon either.
