Nextbase 522GW Firmware

Hi new to the Forum I have the 522GW and have done the Firmware update to R33.8 and like many other people I am have lost a lot of the features I had before.

Does anybody know where if might be able to obtain a copy R30.9 firmware please.

Have asked NextBase but they say they don't keep copies.

Hi Demonstraitor, Have you tried the reset button on the base of the Dashcam, I don't think much to the updates beyond version 30.9, they take away most of the user options to suit the newer Nextbase app.

Yes did try the reset but no good think I need a copy of 30.9 but NextBase say they haven't got it. Thank you

Ok, one more option to try if you have not done this and I do not know if this option is still there in the firmware version you have now is to disable "keep user settings" in the setup menu before you flash the firmware.

I was able to find a link to version 19 of the firmware so them saying they do not have access to older firmwares is bull. I've had nothing but trouble this weekend since I updated.

Anybody have a link to the previous firmware? Thanks
