I spent some time on this as I had the same issue.
I found that both 3.4.1 and 3.6.3 both had the same issue in that when first installed they worked fine, but, give both versions time and they both drop the sensor and map info.
The newer firmware apparently sorts this, but, again, it's a trade off between no sensor & map v Lo files and the logo.
