No GPS on registrator viewer ?

I checked and I have a green GPS signal on the street guardian but when I play the videos from the memory card on registrator viewer there is no GPS map, just the video. Am I missing something ?

I'll try the Dashcam viewer tomorrow and I can't tell you which version of RV I'm using cause I'm not home right now but I think it must be the the latest ?

Windows or Mac version? Yes also make sure it's the latest. DashCamViewer will help rule out the issues.
