No option to change language please help

Few days ago I got a Japanese imported be golf that came with a hardwired camera which would be great to do the job as it’s nicely hidden etc but the only problem is it’s in JAPANESE. I have went through each menu setting individually and not once has anything popped up in the likes of language change found date and time setting etc but no language change. It’s a Yupiteru DRY-AS370WG if anyone knows anything about them at all, I have my own dash cam from previous car I could plug in but there’s no space for it as this one is in the way and I don’t wanna take it out as it’s built in before I figure out wether it can 100% not be changed over to English.

I seen this article but it’s not the same camera I’m afraid :/ so the manual is completely different along with the the settings but I am really convinced there is no option to change language just coming on this thread hoping to be proved wrong as I’d like to keep it if I can otherwise I have to pull all wires out
