No Rear Camera

Hi, I installed my camera today, cabling was straight forward however it does not recognise the rear camera, I updated the firmware and still nothing, only shows and records on the main unit?, any ideas please.

Cancel the panic, as our American friends would say, I'm a dumbass I hadn't connected the the hardwire up yet and that was the plug I used, put the correct one in and its fine.
I tried my Nikon camera cable and that worked fine as well.
