OBD II Power Cable?

The description is not clear:

My questions:
1. How can the power cable have built-in parking modes or are they saying that by using the power cable you
CAN use those features?
2. The Note1 seems to contradict the previous statements by saying you must hardwire it to unleash Parking Mode.

Very confusing.

You can use those features when it is fitted with an OBD Power lead. It's a 'Do it yourself' way to hardwire the camera rather than connecting to the fuse box.
