Parking mode turn off

Pro works ok but when I unlock the door during parking mode,get something out the car and lock the doors it won’t return to parking mode and the led goes out.
It works ok when I start the car.
I’ve heard that it might be because it’s keyless and that affect it.
Any ideas?

The camera is shutting down? My wild guess is low voltage. The unlocking and locking of the doors and having all the lights flashing might be enough for a battery that is just near the low voltage limit of the pmp. The next place I would check is maybe moving the pmp full time power to a different fuse if you happen to be plugged into the door lock fuse.

It was piggybacked onto stereo unit 15amp.
I’ve now moved to a permanent live blank on the fuse box.
I’ll see how that works.

What do you have set as the PMP voltage 12V or 12.5V? If the latter, change it to 12V and retest.

Not even after you had started the engine?
The problem is that vthere is only a 5 second delay between the supply voltage dropping below the set voltage before the PMP switches off the dascam. This does not realy allow enough time for the supply voltage to recover.
I have modded mine to give about a three min delay. See my idle ramblings HERE
