I was wondering if I have to turn on parking mode manually on my viofo a129 duo every time I park my car or it will turn on automatically?

As long as you have it enabled in the menu, then it's automatic. When the new 3-wire kit is released, it will engage Parking Mode as soon as the car is turned off. I'd recommend the 3-wire enabled Parking Mode.
